 Giving Back

If you have enjoyed what you have read on this site, you have the opportunity to show your support.  As a society, we tend to remain on the sidelines quietly hoping that things will change for the better.  However, we need to we focus on and support what we like to expand.  So if you want to see this site and others like it to expand for your's and other's continued education, than help by giving something back.  You can give back in several different ways:

  • Write an e-mail on what you like about this website (to pete@myfinancialawareness.com)
  • Send a link to this site to someone who could benefit from this website
  • Give a charitable contribution to your favorite cause (via pay it forward idea)
  • Give a donation to support the continued development of this site (via PayPal or Credit Card)

(if you prefer to donate by check or cash, then e-mail me and I can send you my address)

When a friend was looking at this site during the testing phase, he pointed out that I should either charge a fee for the website or that I should eliminate the donation piece if I was giving without the expectation of receiving.  As I thought about it more, I became more convinced that allowing donations is an integral part of what I teach about prosperity and abundance. Prosperity is about giving freely to help others.  I feel that I am doing people a disservice if I put a membership price out there.  Some will feel that they got a great deal and other will feel that they were cheated.  Then the experience is more about the money instead of the experience.  In addition, others who need help, may not be able to afford a subscription price.

Giving is about knowing that by helping others, we are helping ourselves.  When we stop giving, we stop receiving.  To learn more about giving, see To give is to to receive.

So read this website for what it has to offer.  Then at your leisure, you can have the opportunity to give something back based on what you received.
